The native Frankfurter doesn’t only know his city by heart, many restaurants at the “Main” metropolis have profited from his creations. Although he loves to experiment that’s what he likes best: Mama’s “Grie Soß” (green sauce). If it fits he loves spices like ginger, lemon grass and cumin.

… actually once trained as a wholesale and export merchant. The wine lover is originally from Spain – it goes without saying that he loves eating black paella and Frankfurt’s Palmengarten.

…prefers to stand behind the bar at the Legacy Bar. Unless he has time off and walks through Bethmannpark or along the Main. He always has a smile on his face and is a great addition to the Legacy Bar team. Hopefully his wish won’t come true anytime soon to go on a ten-year world tour….
